It is your responsibility to ensure that access to and use of online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. luckin33 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. If you are uncertain as to whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or voluntary self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from gambling online.
To use the luckin33 Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's personal information when registering.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify luckin33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. luckin33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
luckin33 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) by default. Transactions made using other currencies may be subject to conversion rates applied at the time of processing. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC and USDT) are converted to MYR equivalent upon crediting to your account balance.
luckin33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and AmBank), Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.
Deposits via e-wallet and FPX are generally processed in real time. Deposits via bank wire or cryptocurrency may take longer to process. luckin33 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. luckin33 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified, your account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags, all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Credit must have been met, and the requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. luckin33 reserves the right to verify that the withdrawal recipient account is held in your own name.
Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes apply to fully verified accounts during standard operating conditions and may be extended during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are set by the Platform and may vary by account tier and payment method. VIP members may be entitled to higher withdrawal limits. Please contact our support team for details specific to your account.
luckin33 may delay processing a withdrawal request pending additional verification checks. We will notify you of any such delay and the documentation required via your registered contact details.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and rewards offered by luckin33 are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Credit is subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms (for example, a 35x wagering requirement on a Welcome Bonus means the total Bonus Credit amount must be wagered 35 times in qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is established).
Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may be claimed once per person, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. luckin33 reserves the right to deny bonus eligibility or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that an abuse of the promotion has occurred.
Bonus Credit and the associated wagering requirement are subject to expiry. Where Bonus Credit expires before the wagering requirement is met, both the Bonus Credit and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the individual bonus terms.
The cryptocurrency deposit bonus is available exclusively on deposits made via Bitcoin (BTC) or USDT. The bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are as stated in the active promotion. Standard wagering requirement terms apply.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of luckin33 shall be final, subject to the formal disputes process outlined in Section 12.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, luckin33 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the affected wagers fairly. Where a definitive result cannot be determined, affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned to the relevant accounts. luckin33 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues outside its reasonable control.
luckin33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrectly displayed odds, on markets that should not have been offered, or where evidence of irregular or suspicious betting patterns exists. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the member's account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckin33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, you must submit a formal complaint via our 24/7 live chat support within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. luckin33 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. The decision of luckin33 following a good-faith investigation shall be final and binding.
luckin33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation, or where account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
In the event of termination for cause, luckin33 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method.
You may close your luckin33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled and any withdrawal of remaining real-money balances must be requested. Bonus Credit that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
luckin33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which luckin33 is licensed to operate.
